Working out regularly really worked for me, I did three sessions per week and I’ve never missed a workout. I look forward to it, stress levels have gone down, I have a purpose in my life, I feel great, look much better and am generally much happier.

What inspired you to join Train With Adby?

My wife joined the week before and said how great it was and I thought i’m tired of having this body, got to do something about it, so came down and met the boys and that was it.


What were your first impressions?

Great, Eddie made me feel at ease, ran through all the plans and prices, sounded great to me so I signed up on the day.


How did it feel becoming part of the team?

I’ve made loads of friends, the support is great, everyone eggs each other on and it’s great!


Have you been to normal gyms in the past?

I went a few times and really didn’t know what I was doing. I’d turn up, go on the cross trainer for 10 minutes, wonder what to do and go home, waste of time!


Describe your results since joining Train With Adby

The first four weeks I did the Fit & Lean plan and I lost 10 kilos, and you could tell straight away, everyone could tell that I looked much thinner, felt much better and I had stopped eating loads of crap.


What would you say to someone thinking about joining?

I’d say just do it for yourself, if you sit at home watching TV, eating rubbish, and you feel sick of doing that, then go out there and do something. Make yourself feel better!
