What inspired you to join Train With Adby?
I had a couple of goals. Short term, I wanted to get fit for 40 and I had a big holiday coming up so I wanted to get beach ready! Long term, my goal was to have a healthier lifestyle and remain fit.
What results did you see?
In six months I’ve dropped a dress size, lost inches and really slimmed down. Plus I am getting some nice definition in my arms.
Does it inspire you to see other members results?
Absolutely, really inspirational! A lot of the girls here who have been here longer can do some amazing things and this really makes you want to push yourself.
Describe the coaching team
Brilliant! I couldn’t ask for more. They push you when you need pushing, they back off a bit when you’re having a tough day. They are always really positive and see the best in you. It makes you feel great after every session.
Sometimes you come in a bit stressed after a hard day, or you feel like you aren’t going to perform, but you leave feeling amazing. You forget all your troubles and It’s a great stress release to leave feeling pumped for the day.
The 1-2-1 training and support helps you get the best out of your workouts. When you train on your own you can talk yourself out of coming, but this environment makes you feel like you belong to something.
