DELIVERY POLICY
Prior to placing an order if you are in any doubt whatsoever as to the size you require please email us before ordering.
Orders are available for shipping to customers within the United Kingdom only.
Orders will usually be processed within 5 working days and dispatched within 7 working days. However, please allow up to 14 days to receive your order.
SHIPPING RATES
We operate a single flat rate per order of £4.50 for Royal Mail Special Delivery to the United Kingdom only.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Faulty Goods
If the item you received is faulty, please email us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and you will need to return the order to us at your own cost.
We recommend you obtain proof of delivery and use a service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost upon return to us.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
Once the item has been returned and inspected we will then contact you in order to proceed with the exchange or refund, which in the case of proven faulty goods will include all postage costs.
Exchanges
Should you require an exchange due to incorrect sizing please email us for assistance in sizing and for an explanation of your options available for exchange.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
All items must be returned in their original and supplied condition.

CANCELLATIONS
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Train With Adby, for a full refund.
To cancel your order please email us. However. if your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us at your own cost.
