My gym routine seemed like a chore and it was really grinding me down. Some days I would sit on a bench press machine, playing on my phone for ages, bored, thinking there has to be a better way of working out. Prior to starting to Train With Adby I hadn’t been doing any exercise. I had number of footballing injuries which meant I couldn't really do much, so when I applied to I was looking for anything to help me out! My physique has changed massively, I never thought I'd look at toned as I do now. I’m not embarrassed to wear a bikini, I’ve got abs popping out and I’ve got great guns. My goals have shifted to performance and just getting better and better. I am still loving every minute of it. I’ve gained so much more than just gym goals; I'm more confident in my working life; less stressed; I sleep better and my daily habits have changed massively - no snacking and much more sensible choices.
In six months I’ve dropped a dress size, lost inches and really slimmed down. A lot of the girls here who have been here longer can do some amazing things, which really makes you want to push yourself. Sometimes you come in a bit stressed after a hard day, or you feel like you aren't going to perform, but you always leave feeling amazing. You forget all your troubles and It’s a great stress release and I leave feeling pumped for the day ahead.
I’ve got a really busy job, quite stressful with long hours, so when I come here it’s great to let that go and de-stress. I’ve lost two dress sizes, am loads more confident and overall feel much healthier. The results are amazing!
